Who We Are
About DesignTork
Founded in 2019, DesignTork was born from a friendship between Arnaud, a French business strategist with a strong background in business development and project management, and George, a seasoned designer from India with extensive experience in graphic and UI design.
Their story began back in 2016, when George and Arnaud were colleagues at the same design and development agency. Sharing the ambition to start their own agency someday, their vision became reality with the establishment of DesignTork in 2019.
At the time, subscription-based services were still relatively new and largely focused on design alone. Arnaud and George noticed that many companies were left needing more—particularly when it came to development, website maintenance, and the technical implementation of their ideas. They saw a genuine opportunity to introduce a more complete solution tailored to modern business needs.
With that vision in mind, they set out to build one of the first unlimited subscription services to offer not just graphic design, but also web design and front-end development. This unique combination was designed to help businesses bring their creative concepts to life and maintain them over time—all under one roof, with one dedicated team. That’s how DesignTork was born: a service built to deliver both design and development, affordably and reliably.

Arnaud, Co-Founder
Background
Arnaud holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Business Strategy from one of France’s top business schools. During his studies, he developed a strong interest in user experience, leading him to write a thesis on how UX principles could be adapted to small and medium-sized businesses. This work, combining theoretical research with on-the-ground interviews, helped shape his approach to balancing usability with business efficiency—especially in fast-paced, small-scale environments.
He began his career in business development before transitioning to account and project management. Over the years, he had the opportunity to work alongside senior leadership at global companies like P&G, J&J, Takeda, and L’Oréal. These experiences taught him valuable lessons about structure and scalability but also revealed a personal preference for working closely with smaller businesses—where his input could create visible impact and meaningful change.
Role at DesignTork
Arnaud brings structure, strategy, and a strong business perspective to the creative process—especially when aligning design and development with broader client goals. While he’s not involved in day-to-day production, he plays an active role in shaping the company’s vision, supporting strategic decisions, and stepping in during key project milestones. He’s also readily available to clients who need guidance or input throughout their journey with DesignTork
In his free time, Arnaud enjoys being outdoors—fishing, hiking, and camping in remote spots—as well as traveling on his motorbike. He’s also a big fan of books and music, usually juggling one novel, one personal development read, and a carefully curated playlist.

Background
My journey into design has always been fueled by curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine love for creating things that both look great and work well. I started in the print world—designing everything from flyers and posters to complete visual identities. As the industry evolved, so did I. I gradually shifted into digital design, expanding into UI design and responsive web interfaces.
Over the years, I’ve had the chance to work with design studios and fast-growing tech companies like Kissflow, Utoo Cabs, and K7 Computing. These experiences helped sharpen my skills across different industries and design formats. I’ve always believed in learning by doing—solving real-world problems, learning from mistakes, reading obsessively, and staying closely tuned into user needs.
Role at DesignTork
As co-founder and design lead at DesignTork, I oversee all aspects of design delivery and day-to-day operations. From creative direction to team mentoring, I’m deeply involved in ensuring that every piece of work we produce meets our standards of clarity, functionality, and visual quality. I work closely with our clients—often founders, marketers, and product owners—to understand their goals and translate them into effective design solutions.
Outside of work, I enjoy unwinding with a good book or taking my motorcycle into the mountains to reset and refocus.

We intentionally do not provide services like SEO, copywriting, or social media management—our focus remains on what we do best. However, we regularly collaborate with external specialists.
